Having a group with each member being so similarly categorised within the Myers Briggs personality type means that we all have very similar ways of coming at tasks. This should mean that we all get on well as a group and that we look to approach the brief in a similar way. Katie will be more inclined to think about the bigger picture of the great breadth and think about how the project is coming along as a whole where is Kieran, Justine and Belle will be more inclined to focus on exactly what we are doing at that moment in time. Because we are all extroverted that means that we will be able to outwardly express all of our emotions quite easily and we should have a really good level of communication. To make sure that we have time later will try and meet regularly in person and make sure that everybody knows that they can always express themselves and that they will always be heard. But a big part of this will also be making sure that we do not talk over each other and that we allow time for everyone to speak and express their thoughts. Katie is more typically open minded than Kieran, Justine and Belle given the Myers Briggs personality type. Kieran, Belle and Justine should remain open to new ideas that can be expressed rather than immediately shutting them down due to their Sensing nature.
