We decided to brainstorm potential outcome ideas through mind maps in order to find a way to connect with the consumer.

Firstly, Belle’s initial workbook scans, within these scans, you can see Kieran and Belles's original conversations written down and initial ideas for execution of the brief.

Additionally, below are some mindmaps Justine and Belle produced after researching different case studies and interesting primary research with the consumer. We found that the consumer does not ever purchase publications, because of this we knew we needed to approach the brief in a different way.

From this, we decided the new way forward was to create a card pack, which from the feedback was the most engaging way to interact with the consumer. We knew we wanted to push the boundaries of this brief and do something different but still combine the physical and digital which has been an important insight from start to end.
